Changed drive letter to E: but some games still think they're on D:

My User/Steam drive was running out of space so I bought another drive and put User on the new drive. I changed the drive letter of the Steam drive from D to E then deleted everything except Steamapps and Steam.exe. When I ran it again it found all my games and most of them work fine but a bunch of them still think they're on D: and give me a Missing Executable error. The broken games all validate fine.
To fix it I've been renaming the game folder, uninstalling the game, renaming the folder back then reinstalling. It works but it's long winded so I was hoping there was a quick fix that would do all the broken games in one go.
Any ideas?

I think that it would be so cool if Formula E had an official game like Formula 1 does. The game would be very interesting to play like how you have to watch your energy, you can get extra energy on the track , etc
